Staffing for employers
Whether you need support for one assignment or a larger crew, EHF builds the staffing conversation around your scope, schedule, location, and site requirements.
Labor solutions
Service availability varies by assignment. EHF provides staffing support for client-managed work and does not replace a licensed contractor or permit holder where one is required.

How staffing works
Tell us the duties, headcount, location, shift, duration, physical demands, tools, PPE, credentials, and site contact.
EHF reviews assignment fit, risk, worker availability, relevant skills, and credential requirements.
Selected workers complete required onboarding, payroll, work-authorization, orientation, and acknowledgments.
EHF coordinates time reporting, assignment changes, worker questions, and other staffing needs that arise.
Safety-forward staffing
Safety is a shared responsibility between EHF and each client. Before work begins, EHF reviews assignment requirements and coordinates with the client on duties, known hazards, training, PPE and tools, supervision, and site-specific needs.
EHF’s general orientation does not replace client-provided site- and task-specific training. Complex, higher-risk, credentialed, or changed work is reviewed before acceptance or continuation.
